For 15 minutes one of our Professional Fitness Consultants will put your employees through a brief circuit of movement, stretching and posture correcting exercises – “no sweating required.”

  • 3 x week One on One Personal Training

Do it yourself workouts

Your professional fitness consultant will put together extra workouts for you to do on your own in conjunction with your one on one or partner training. The workouts will include diagrams and descriptions of each exercise and the consultant will go over the workouts with you.

Accountability calendar

A detailed calendar with all Fitness 4 Life workouts, and extra days will be provided to you based on your personal goals. Each session/week your professional fitness consultant will check your progress and encourage you to work towards your goals.

Unlimited accountability emails/phone calls

Have unlimited contact with your professional fitness consultant to ask questions, send food and activity logs and for accountability purposes.

Nutrition Guidance

Your Fitness 4 Life consultant will educate you on the basics of nutrition. You will be given food logs, recipes, meal options and advice on how to eat to live, not live to eat.

Customized 2 Month Program

A Personal Six week program is put together based on the individuals goals, likes and dislikes for fitness training or any type of activities. This program is intended to be used by the client to perform by themselves at their home or gym.
