Descriptions

Yoga

Yoga – 45 min - 1 hour of different yoga practices
Static and dynamic postures, pranayama, chakra awareness and deep relaxation. All Yoga classes are open to students of all levels. Modifications are given for more challenging postures. Each class is balanced to give you a full body workout while focusing on the breath.
Bootcamp

Bootcamp – 1 hour high energy class
Improve all areas of your fitness. This class will strengthen the necessary muscles needed to keep you injury free while being active in everyday life. Open to all fitness levels!
Core Conditioning

Core Conditioning – 1 hour high tempo class
Core conditioning at it max, learn to strengthen your core while you condition other areas of your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness at the same time. Participants will use stability balls, dumbbells, body weight and resistance bands. Each class will be a new experience. Open to all fitness levels.

Full Body Blast

Kick Cross Condition – 45min – 1 hour high energy class
Using a wide range of equipment and a mix of martial arts, participants will improve in every area of their fitness. Lose weight, tone muscles, improve fitness and best of all look and feel great. This fun filled class is open to all fitness levels.
Butts and Guts

“Butts and Guts” - 30 minute target training
Always wishing you could lose “here” and tighten “there?” In this 30 minute fast paced class you will burn calories while toning and tightening your bottom and core. Welcome to all fitness levels.
