Yoga – 45 min - 1 hour of different yoga practices
Static and dynamic postures, pranayama, chakra awareness and deep relaxation. All
Yoga classes are open to students of all levels. Modifications are given for more
challenging postures. Each class is balanced to give you a full body workout while
focusing on the breath.
Core Conditioning – 1 hour high tempo class
Core conditioning at it max, learn to strengthen your core while you condition other
areas of your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness at the same time. Participants
will use stability balls, dumbbells, body weight and resistance bands. Each class
will be a new experience. Open to all fitness levels.
Kick Cross Condition – 45min – 1 hour high energy class
Using a wide range of equipment and a mix of martial arts, participants will improve
in every area of their fitness. Lose weight, tone muscles, improve fitness and best
of all look and feel great. This fun filled class is open to all fitness levels.
